1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

777ac reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on 777ac. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of any balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 777ac is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ac login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 777ac immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777ac will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Processing

777ac supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your 777ac account balance following successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by method. 777ac is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). 777ac reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review for fraud, bonus abuse, or compliance purposes. 777ac will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of the platform.

Funds in your 777ac account are not interest-bearing. 777ac does not hold player funds in trust and your account balance does not constitute a deposit with a financial institution.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on 777ac are governed by individual game rules and, where applicable, sports betting rules published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game or market rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

777ac uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live casino games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by professional dealers. 777ac does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bets once placed are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules. 777ac reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on a suspended market, or as a result of a technical malfunction.

Maximum payout limits per bet, per game, and per day may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777ac may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, or other promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered accounts. One bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the promotion terms.
• 777ac reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Abuse or exploitation of bonuses, including through arbitrage strategies, coordinated betting, or use of multiple accounts, will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Service in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an advantage or to cause disruption.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the 777ac platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 777ac platform.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten 777ac staff, live dealers, or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ac platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, and the 777ac brand identity, is the property of 777ac or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No part of the Service may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the prior written consent of 777ac.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ac disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

777ac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of funds resulting from technical failure, network interruption, or force majeure events. 777ac's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 777ac account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

777ac reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if 777ac reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account following completion of any applicable investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 777ac.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 777ac support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations or liabilities you have to 777ac.

11. Responsible Gaming

777ac is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible directly from your account settings. Players who believe their gambling behaviour may be problematic are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent advice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ac is registered and operated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777ac may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, 777ac may notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Service and close your account.
